A training and employment service that brings opportunity to disadvantaged and older Americans who need and want to work.

| 55 and older, income 125% of Federal poverty guidelines, legal to work in US |

INFORMATION |
| Community Agencies provide training and supervision while Experience Works pays minimum wage for 20 hours a week for short term on the job training to enrolled participants. Participants are expected to become employed in full time or part time work off the program once the training plan is completed. |
