| MISSION |
| A community outreach program that works collaboratively with local churches in Union County for the development of Health & Wellness program ministries. The mission of parish nursing (in the church or synagogue) is the intentional integration of the practice of faith with the practice of nursing so that people can achieve wholeness in, with, and through the community of faith in which parish nurses serve. |
| SERVICES |
| The health & wellness ministry is sponsored by the individual church. Presently there are 18 churches in this network. Some of the services may include: health education, health promotion, prevention education & early intervention of illness, liaison between church member & medical & community services & support. |
