| MISSION |
| The EAP addresses the needs of those who are homeless, transient, or in critical need. |
| SERVICES |
| The EAP can assist with transportation to the Marion Shelter, a night in a hotel, if necessary, transportation to another destination, food,or as a liaison to acquire assistance from other agencies |
| ELIGIBILITY |
| If a person in need comes to a church or agency, they should be referred to the Union County Sheriff's Office. When the referred persons come to the UCSO, a dispatcher will notify a volunteer and personal contact will be made to determine the need. |

INFORMATION |
| This program is funded through donations from area churches and agiences. The needy should not continue to call churches/agencies for assistance after contacting the EAP. A database is set up to track assistance given so churches/agencies may have a record available to them. |
